2. How We Use Your Information

- Respond to demo requests and contact you about our services
- Provide the AI receptionist service and related features (SMS confirmations, review requests, dashboard access)
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send you transactional messages, updates, and (with consent) marketing communications
- Improve our service, including model performance and call handling accuracy
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

3. SMS and Text Message Communications
By submitting a form on our website with your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from PartyDesk at the number provided, including messages sent by an automated system. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

- Service providers who help us run PartyDesk, including: Twilio (SMS and voice infrastructure), Vapi (voice AI orchestration), OpenAI (language model processing), Cartesia (text-to-speech), Railway (cloud hosting), Vercel (website hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Calendly (scheduling).
- Advertising partners such as Meta, for ad measurement and targeting.
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inactive demo leads are typically retained for up to 24 months. Customers can request deletion of their data at any time.
